Contribution

Supported the public website while working as a bioinformatician at ECEGEN.

Purpose

ECEGEN is a genetic diseases evaluation center. The website is where patients and clinicians find genetic services, search the test catalogue, open forms, read news, and get in touch. Turkish is the default language, with separate paths for other languages.

What I supported

I work at ECEGEN as a bioinformatician. I also supported this public website: how clinical services, the test catalogue, and patient information are presented.

Catalogue and navigation

The test catalogue can be searched and filtered. A filtered view keeps its query and category in the address, so the same results can be opened again later. Wide and narrow screens use different navigation, and the menu control states whether it is open.

Technology

The interface is a Next.js application written in React and TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS. Language routing uses next-intl. The copy and the test data live in their own source modules.
